The bread pan is made of extra thick steel with high-quality Super-Slip Platinum™ coating. With this non-stick coating, bread baking becomes a breeze. This means that your baked goods easily release from the mold, completely without the use of fat and at the same time prevent the dough from burning.

The rye bread pan from Cook & Baker can withstand up to 230°C and can also be put in the freezer. We do not recommend that the pan is moved directly from the oven to the freezer, or vice versa.

This pan holds 2l and measures 10cmx10.5cmx20cm
