Libero Newborn nappies in size 1 are specially designed for newborn babies, who most often receive breast milk or infant formula. These nappies have a very soft surface, designed to handle loose stools and minimise the risk of leakage. Libero Baby Soft is extra soft and gentle on the navel, which can be sore and sensitive. The nappies typically fit babies with a birth weight of around 3.5 kg, meaning size 1 is often only used for a couple of weeks. If your baby weighs over 3.5 kg at birth, it’s recommended to start with size 2.

Ingredients: The fluff pulp is made from wood, a renewable material. The fluff pulp is ECF (elementary chlorine free) bleached, meaning no chlorine gases. The super-absorbent polymer consists of particles that can absorb and retain large amounts of urine. The polymer used is cross-linked polyacrylate salt. Spunbonded nonwoven is a thin, textile-like material. It is made from continuously formed polypropylene fibres bonded together using heat. The breathable back sheet consists of a laminate of polyethylene (PE) and a film, polypropylene nonwoven. Calcium carbonate is used as a filler in the PE film to create the microporous structure that provides the breathable properties. Hotmelt adhesives are blends of polymers and resins, primarily of synthetic origin.
