Hollandaise Sauce 3-pack – Knorr

Knorr Sauce Hollandaise is not only a golden classic of French cuisine, it is also one of the most versatile sauces available.
It is a sauce for the whole family, and in addition to being suitable for fish and vegetables, it can also be used as a base sauce and a starting point for a lot of new taste experiences.

The sauce is easy to make and each package contains three sachets, each corresponding to 3 dl of ready-made sauce.
The sauce is also vegetarian.

Preparation:
1. Melt 50g of margarine over low heat in a saucepan.
2. Add the contents of the bag and stir well.
Add 2.5 dl cold milk.
3. Bring the sauce to the boil, stirring constantly, and simmer for 3 minutes.
