Vanilla sugar – Tørsleffs

Tørsleffs Vanila is a vanilla sugar that contains real vanilla from vanilla pods, which can be seen, tasted and smelled.
The fact that whole pieces of vanilla are included in Vanila is evident from the uneven sizes in the vanilla pieces – which you would not experience if only vanilla powder had been used.
The use of real vanilla in Vanila can also be seen in the way the vanilla sugar forms lumps/pearls on the surface.
These come from the essential oils in the real vanilla, which go in conjunction with the sugar, and thus clumps.
The lumps are loose and dissolve with application.
Vanila contains real vanilla finely powdered so that all the flavors are utilized.
Used for baked goods, desserts, jams, etc.
