With Dr. Oetker’s Organic Gelatin, focus is placed on better animal welfare from farm to table. The gelatin comes from organic pigs and has the EU Organic label. Leaf for leaf, this organic gelatin gels in the same way as Dr. Oetker’s original conventional gelatin. Dr. Oetker Gelatin is available in packs of 10 sheets.
