Mild Havarti doesnt have thr putty taste you find in some cheeses, which makes it particularly suitable as grated cheese when you gratinate. Shipping: Cheese is a refrigerated product, but is not sent refrigerated and the responsibility for shelf life is transferred to the customer upon shipment.
