Pickled Beetroot in dices – Beauvais

Beauvais Diced Pickled Beetroot is classic pickled beetroot cut into smaller dices to facilitate cooking. The beetroot can easily be used as an ingredient with minced beef og minced fish or in a delicious salad. Beauvais Beetroot is primarily harvested in Denmark. The beetroot is harvested from September to December and is often driven directly from the field to the factory. The beetroot gets a quick boil, which means that the peel slides off very easily. They are then pickled in the Beauvais brine and then quickly poured into jars to preserve the freshness and crispy bite. Net weight: 560 g / Draining weight: 375 g.
