Rosenborg Danablu is a classic Danish strong blue cheese with a lightly salted and spicy taste with a sharp character.
As the cheese ripens, a light fruit note is formed.
The consistency is firm and slightly dry, slightly crumbly.

It is the customer’s own responsibility to ensure that it is allowed to import cheese into the country of delivery.
