Gudbrandsdalen’s whey cheese from Norway
Mild, full-fat and creamy blended cheese
Whey cheese is made with the whey, which is a residual product from cheese production. You boil the whey, add cream and/or milk, and slowly caramelize the mass. Chilled we have a whey cheese (whey is whey in Norwegian). In Gudbrandsdalen, goat’s milk, cow’s milk and cream have been added. The cheese has a very sweet taste of caramel. This version is therefore ideal for the sweet recipes.
Contains 500g Shipping: Cheese is a refrigerated product, but is not sent refrigerated and the responsibility for shelf life is transferred to the customer upon shipment.
It is therefore recommended to choose express delivery.
