Valsem\u00f8llen whole grain bun Bake Mix are whole grain buns that kids love.<\/p>\n

Rye Buns The baking mix is perfect for when you want to make baking easy. Surprise the kids with freshly baked whole grain bun, sausage rolls and pizza rolls. Add them to the picnicbasket on your outing or add them to the kids lunchbox. The possibilities are endless, just get started!<\/p>\n

The bread mix makes 18 buns. The buns are easy to bake, you just need to add water. Yeast is included.<\/p>\n

Tip: The dough can also be used for more than just buns. Use the dough to make delicious whole grain pizza rolls, sausage rolls and hot dog buns. If you prefer sweet cinnamon rolls, you can also use the dough for a sweeter version.<\/p>\n

Here’s how you do it<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Mix the contents of the bag with the Valsem\u00f8llen dry yeast in a bowl and add 5\u00bddl lukewarm water.<\/li>\n
  2. Knead the dough for 5-10 minutes in a mixer at medium speed or by hand.<\/li>\n
  3. Divide the dough into 18 equal pieces and shape them into balls. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and let them rise covered for 60 minutes at room temperature.<\/li>\n
  4. Brush the ready-made buns with water or egg and bake in the middle of a preheated oven at 220\u00b0C (fan oven 200\u00b0C) for 9-12 minutes.<\/li>\n
  5. Let the buns cool on a wire rack.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
