This organic liquid rye sourdough – without leavening agent – makes it possible to make easy and delicious bread with the characteristic taste of sourdough. For 1 kg of flour, use 2 x 9 g dry yeast as leavening agent in addition to the contents of the bag.<\/p>\n

Contains no animal ingredients and is therefore suitable for vegans.<\/p>\n

PROCEDURE:<\/p>\n

Add the liquid sourdough starter along with the other ingredients to your dough and adjust with a little less flour or a little more liquid, depending on the consistency of the dough. For recipes with 1 kg of flour, use the entire contents of the bag or less to taste.<\/p>\n
