Made from cow’s milk, Danablu is a soft and creamy cheese that is characterized by its characteristic blue mold. It has a slightly milder taste than many other blue cheeses, but still a nice strong taste and an aromatic scent. <\/p>\n A fun fact about blue mold cheeses is that the characteristic blue mold is actually a type of mold that grows on the surface of the cheese during the maturation process.
